btji Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://btji.app. By creating an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the btji platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms.

btji operates as an offshore online gambling platform and is not incorporated, licensed, or regulated by any authority within Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which btji is registered as an offshore entity. Players from Bangladesh access the platform on a personal and voluntary basis and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is permissible under the laws of Bangladesh applicable to their individual circumstances.

btji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://btji.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms by btji shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and published exclusively in English. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by btji — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by statute.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of btji or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended btji account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. btji will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify btji support immediately via live chat.

Identity Verification (KYC)

btji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for identity verification. This process may be triggered at account registration, at the time of first withdrawal, following a deposit or withdrawal exceeding defined thresholds, or at any point at btji's sole discretion. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in the restriction of withdrawal functionality and may lead to account suspension. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

btji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). Wallet balances are held in the currency selected at account registration. btji does not charge conversion fees on BDT transactions processed via bKash or Nagad. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment provider.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on btji is ৳500 BDT via bKash or Nagad. Deposits are credited to the player's wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment network. btji is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own infrastructure. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, the player should contact live chat support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside of peak processing windows may take up to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. The maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is subject to limits published in the Payments section of the player account dashboard.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source policy).
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• btji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

btji offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the promotion in full English before activation. By activating any promotion, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on btji carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated in the promotion's specific terms. btji does not apply hidden wagering conditions after a bonus has been activated.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or who have accounts under review are not eligible.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• btji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including the right to remove a bonus from a player's account if the player is found to have breached these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or the use of automated or scripted wagering strategies will result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses denominated in BDT cannot be converted to INR balances and vice versa.

Promotional Calendar

btji's promotions calendar is aligned to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Ramadan. Players may not claim promotions on behalf of other players or transfer promotional benefits between accounts.

5 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to btji is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and above. This is an absolute requirement that admits no exceptions. By registering an account, you confirm under penalty of account termination and forfeiture of all balances that you are at least 18 years of age.

Age Verification Procedures

btji may request age verification documentation at any point, including at registration, at first withdrawal, or following a risk-based review. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until verification is provided.

Geographic Eligibility

btji accepts players from Bangladesh on a voluntary, self-assessed eligibility basis. btji does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where btji has identified technical countermeasures as appropriate. Players from Bangladesh are accessing an offshore platform. The determination of personal legal eligibility is the sole responsibility of each individual player.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on btji, you agree to comply with all applicable obligations set out in these Terms and to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the btji platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or customer support interactions.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party — including spouses, family members, friends, or professional associates.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform's games, sportsbook, or payment systems.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is connected to criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion, or verification requirements through the creation of new accounts or the use of proxies.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward btji support staff or other platform users.

Player Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of btji complies with the laws applicable in your location. btji provides tools to assist responsible gaming — including deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion — but the primary obligation for responsible and legal use of the platform rests with each individual player.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that btji does not guarantee any winnings or return on any bet or game played. Gambling should be approached as entertainment, not as a source of income or a financial strategy.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

btji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any promotion-specific terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a request.
• Detection of duplicate accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Evidence of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Use of automated tools or scripts in violation of the user obligations outlined in Section 6.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment network.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to administrative closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their btji account at any time by contacting live chat support. Requests for account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances outstanding at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account dashboard without contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 7 days to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. 8 Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btji, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and game providers shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any loss of funds resulting from participation in casino games or sports betting on the platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, maintenance windows, or platform unavailability.
• Errors in game software supplied by third-party providers, including incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or display errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment networks including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Any legal, financial, or regulatory consequence arising from a player's decision to access btji from a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted.

Game Fairness

Casino games on the btji platform are supplied by independent third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios operate under their own licences and employ certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. btji does not control or modify game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the relevant studios and are verified by independent testing laboratories.

Sports Betting Disclaimer

Odds quoted in the btji sportsbook are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. btji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, or events of force majeure. Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of clear and demonstrable system error or where required by applicable law.
